About the Role
As the Product Marketing Manager for New Verticals, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the global growth strategy for key new delivery initiatives including prescriptions and alcohol. You will work hand in hand with the cross-functional team, including product managers, UXR, operations, design, engineering and regional marketing.
What You'll Do
Own the growth strategy and be the conduit between product, marketing and ops teams to drive growth across owned and paid channels globally
Use user research to define the global product positioning and RTBs
Develop and test tailored value props across owned channels to unlock growth
Partner with data science and marketing teams to build experimentation roadmaps across key channels, including recommending and testing new communications surfaces within the Uber app
Partner with UXR and design to conduct user research to inform product strategy and development
Partner with product and marketing to pilot and scale successful features globally
Basic Qualifications
5 + years marketing experience delivering highly successful growth and engagement strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
Expert growth marketer: A proven track record of building and executing growth campaigns that drive material business impact.
The willingness and know-how to deeply understand your market, customers and competition.
The ability to identify and use insights to inform positioning, messaging, and targeting for marketing strategies and product development.
Scary-good at articulating the essence of products and the value they build. You can develop a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plan across marketing and product surfaces.
Finger-tippinesses with data: You just go get the data you need with no muss/fuss and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to use data to make decisions and drive growth. You have experience running detailed multivariate testing.
An "owner" personality: You're biased toward action, a great collaborator and master disambiguator/simplifier. You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery.
Previous consumer product marketing and/or consumer marketing in health tech or regulated industries.
