Analyst II - Finance

About the Role:

The Ops & Analytics team leads process improvement initiatives that involve identifying, analyzing and improving existing business processes to optimize performance; meet best practice standards; or improve quality and the user experience for end-users. The team also provides analytical support and direction in the companys strategic sourcing process and on some initiatives in the Real Estate and Facilities Management area. The position requires interaction with internal stakeholders, the sourcing team, finance team, and suppliers among others.

What Youll Do:

* Develop ad-hoc spend analysis and accurately assess material cost drivers.
* Access and manipulate large amounts of data into meaningful spend analyses on an as needed basis.
* Work with business owners to develop an understanding of spend drivers which help provide context for data used in cost models as needed.
* Present and explain cost models to management, including data-driven business recommendations and alternatives as needed.
* Other projects as assigned.
* You will report to Staff Manager Procurement.

* High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong MS Excel skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize multiple projects.
