Description:
MFC is seeking a PAC-3 International Senior Program Manager for the European Region, based in Arlington, TX. The Senior PM is responsible for all aspects of the European programs, spanning across all elements of the product lifecycle from capture and development through production and sustainment. Most PAC-3 cases are Foreign Military Sales (FMS); however, there may be Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) aspects.
Specifically, the acquisition process includes the effort from initial country interest to ensuring signature of a Letter of Acceptance (LOA). The execution phase includes management of all aspects of the resulting signed case (LOA). Both phases require close coordination with the International Business Development Directorate, as well as all PAC-3 program and functional directorates. Additionally, both phases require development of, and sustainment of, relationships with US Government personnel (SHIELD, SAMD, USASAC, DSCA, etc.) as well as Foreign (Government and Civilian) personnel.
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
All required licenses and offset coordination associated with his/her responsible LOAs.
Management of PAC-3 international program budgets / EACs / ETCs for the region
Yearly capture and subsequent execution of New Business Acquisition Expense (NBAE) for the region
Close coordination with all other Program Directorates, teams, and functional organizations to ensure the programs success.
Close coordination with International Business Development to develop and execute capture strategies for future business and keep sold items.
Serve as the International PM (IPM) liaison to the PAC-3 Production area, providing IPMs with updates from the production directorate, participating in strategic production meetings, and leading the execution of production-related International Strategic Focus Area(s)
Coordinate with other PAC-3 regional leads to ensure alignment across regions.
Functional leadership of the Europe Deputy PM(s), to include performance management, timecard approval, travel approval, etc.
The job will require both domestic and international travel (in the near-term contingent on COVID-19) and the ability to work non-standard hours to communicate with Lockheed Martin International (LMI) personnel and in-country agents.
