Job Description
Labcorp is currently seeking a Manager of Health System Partnerships to support the operational design, financial modeling, implementation, and on-going management of strategic business partnerships with hospitals and health systems. The incumbent is an important member of the Inpatient Services team who will work in an internal and external team environment to lead analyses and data interpretation, identify issues, synthesize and form conclusions into recommendations, draft deliverables for various audiences, and support the execution of large project plans. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for interaction with internal and external executive leadership.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Assists in delivering strategic solutions for multiple Healthcare clients at any given time.
* Performs operational and financial data analysis for large healthcare systems to identify business partnership opportunities that will optimize laboratory operations while improving the cost structure.
* Supports due diligence activities by executing operational assessments and provides process improvement recommendations to further optimize operations.
* Leads implementation efforts by collaborating with strategic vendors as well as Labcorp Science & Technology and Sourcing & Procurement teams to develop and execute timelines.
* Works collaboratively with cross-functional project teams to execute objectives, participates in virtual client meetings, and prepare management presentations.
Requirements
License/Certification/ Education:
* Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related degree is required
* Data analytics experience desired
* 5+ years of experience in a hospital setting
* Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean process improvement methodologies
* Prior consulting experience preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills with an ability to build internal and external relationships.
