Job Description
TNOC personnel provide Tier I customer service support to US ARMY INSCOM customers. Actively monitor network and terminal operations to ensure connectivity and availability. Monitor network data traffic patterns to minimize choke points. Accountable for all aspects of Network requirements and manages the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to Networks. Provide system administrator support for GET TDN2 AD environment. Responsible for the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to user accounts and access to GET TDN2 AD and GET WAN.

Essential Functions
Work Environment
* Work will be performed inside a large facility.An inside environment may be a cubicle (considerations: close quarters, low tomoderate noise, bright or dim lighting).
* Work assignments vary based on clientrequirements.
* Work may include travel with the military toparticipate in exercises in austere conditions
* Outside work may include various environmentalconditions including hot, dusty, cold, icy and windy climates.
Physical Requirements
* Sitting at desk. Phone use and PC or laptop.Filing required. May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files upto 25 lbs. Extended periods of sitting while on PC/laptop or phone.
Equipment and Machines
* General office equipment, which includes:telephone, fax machine, copier, PC/laptop, and other miscellaneous officeequipment.
* May require operating motor vehicles.
Attendance
* Regular attendance in accordance with establishedwork schedule is mandatory.
* It is important to be able to work any shift/designatedhours required.

* You may be asked to continue performance duringinclement weather or other conditions when others are not permitted to work
* Position may require night and weekend work andcould include travel with the military to participate in operations/exerciseslocated in areas with field conditions
Travel
* Continental and Oversees travel may berequired. It is important to maintain acurrent passport.

* Employment is contingent upon obtaining allrequired certifications within the timeframe specified in a waiver by thegovernment (if applicable) and maintaining required certifications through theduration of the contract. Failure to obtain/maintain required certificationswill result in disqualification for this position and could result intermination.
