Job Overview

The Divisional Sales Analyst for the Independent Sales Organization (ISO) is an out-of-the-box problem solver and critical thinker who can intake large amounts of information from different sources, weave a compelling sell story, and persuasively communicate that story to influence Customers, Leadership, or Peers. This positions will report to a Division Sales Manager with a dotted line into the ISO Sr Sales Analytics Manager. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who can integrate with members of a high-performing, collaborative Team that strives for excellence in everything they do.

Responsibilities:

* Use industry best practices to create, analyze, and report on key performance indicators at the Divisional, Regional, Supply Chain, and Customer level.
* Use SQL to query KDP's internal databases and extract relevant data for reporting.
* Query Syndicated Data Systems such as IRI and/or Nielsen and work with confidence inside their platforms.
* Tie together multiple data sources to create reporting that supports the Field Sales Team.
* Direct critical supply chain pricing initiatives; mange and report pricing inaccuracies.
* Manage the Team's Communication Portal to ensure that critical information is delivered to expediently to Team Members and Customers.
* Create and deliver visual management scorecards to the sales team on a regular cadence.
* Other supporting work deemed as necessary to support KDP strategy and initiatives.

Requirements

* A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 2 years of experience in a Sales or Data Analyst role. Four recent, consecutive years of experience as a Sales or Data Analyst with a Fortune 1000 company is also acceptable.
* A strong working knowledge SQL or other similar language such as R, or Python.
* An intermediate level of creating visuals in Excel and PowerPoint.
* The ability to work respectfully with a diverse group of teammates to reach common goals.
