We are looking for a Digital Solution UX Design Lead to work with our expert Digital Solutions team employees across the world. Do you have a passion for User Experience and Design? Then we would love to hear from you.

What youll do

* Facilitate Cytivas digital product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.

* Translate concepts into solutions and deliver wireframes, fuser stories, user flows/journeys, and mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

* Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

* Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

* Collaborate with other Digital Solution team members, stakeholders and end users. Lead discussions, workshops and facilitate a range of strategic activities to ideate solutions.

* You will supervise and lead other designers while producing a wide range of high-quality work including documentation, presentations, and design deliverables.

* Focus on both tactical and strategic aspects of the UX capability - support ongoing product delivery while establishing and improving the overall process, tools and methodologies.

* Work with Cytiva brand leadership and across product divisions; contribute to the overall vision, strategies and implementation of brand standards and design guidelines.

* Develop strategy and manage development of design patterns/components, research methodology/deliverables and documentation across multiple projects to ensure consistency and maximize efficiency.

* Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.

Who you are

* Fifteen or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex enterprise solutions for complete digital environments.

* Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, Figma, AdobeXD, Framer, and the like is a must.

* Clear understanding of related technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, software frameworks and libraries such as Angular, React, Bootstrap and how they work within software products and distributed systems.

* Experience designing complex, role-based, enterprise-class solutions, design systems and extensible design components.

* Proven experience integrating design delivery with Agile software development teams in enterprise software development using platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, Aha!, Github, AWS.

* Ability to work with stakeholder and subject matter experts to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.

* Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

* A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.

* Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

* Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients and efficiently iterate.

* Lead and manage the overall process of collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.

* Track record of managing, mentoring and leading multidisciplinary user-experience team members across UX specialties

* Passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industrys latest trends and technologies.
