What youll do

* Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control.
* Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or forklifts
* Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow.
* Coordinates and monitors workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area.
* Coordinate with off-site warehousing facilities for parts replenishment and material for storage
* Work with appropriate purchasing/logistics/production personnel to resolve part shortages
* Reconcile and root cause inventory discrepancies
* Performs manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems / WMS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment.
* Maintains compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines. May have responsibility for fulfilment administration and processes.
* Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Who you are

* High school Diploma/GED or local equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in supply chain
* Forklift experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift 35 lbs.
* Proficient in basic mathematics
* Knowledge of computerized material flow methods
