About the role:

This high-profile role is a great opportunity to demonstrate strong acumen across the full spectrum of Marketing skills, to make a global impact, and to collaborate with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders for several stable, sizeable, strategic franchises. This role is responsible for full upstream and downstream activities to support key strategic franchises within Boston Scientifics Endoscopy business.

Your responsibilities will include:

The Global Product Manager is the primary owner of the franchise strategy, product roadmap, commercial activities and overall business performance. The Global Product Manager plays a key role in setting the franchise vision and strategy based on their expert knowledge of market, competition, and global clinical trends. The Global Product Manager will independently lead all aspects of market and customer sensing, product development, and downstream commercial support with regional partners for high impact product launches and commercial success.

This person is an experienced Sales and Marketing professional and demonstrates strength in general franchise management, operates independently, and requires minimal supervision developing / executing key franchise strategies. They will manage and advocate for the franchise to ensure ongoing investment from the business to achieve growth and profitability metrics. Finally, the role requires a demonstrated history of developing clinical expertise and acumen which will support deep and meaningful interactions with health care professionals.

* Analytical: Has detailed understanding of key performance indicators and market trends. Ability to publish quarterly franchise dashboard/exec. summary.
* Collaborative: works closely alongside other Upstream/Downstream Product Manager and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

* Collaborates with Global Marketing Team and cross functional team to create and execute franchise strategies and tactics internationally.
* Monitors competitive landscape and learns competitive technologies, products, strategies, strengths and weakness. Creates and executes comprehensive competitive response plans.
* Identifies key customers and thought leaders and begins to establish relationships, working with Market Development Managers to build product advocates.
* Understands opportunities for Global Market Development and executes tactics, leveraging cross-functional teams to achieve team goals: Sales, Market Development Manager (MDM, Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA), Finance, R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Supply Chain, and Quality.
* Demonstrates command of clinical literature and knowledge. Develops strong clinical arguments to support market development with global internal & external customers. Contributes to clinical publication strategy for franchise.
* Work cohesively and collaboratively with regional/segment marketing managers and marketing communication peers to deliver messaging and marketing tools and to achieve Global Marketing objectives
* Plans and executes high impact product launches
* Partner with Digital Marketing & Communications to build a brand, create awareness, be the buzz, and generate Market Pull.

Minimum qualifications:

* 3-5 years of successful related business experience in marketing, product management, sales, or business management role.
* Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred
* Experience with products that are medically/clinically oriented
* Outstanding interpersonal skills including developing relationships at all levels in an organization (both internal and external), along with influencing to drive business objectives
* Demonstrated record of success working in a team environment
* Proven ability to drive success in a global market and in a global organization, working with different internal and external/customer cultures.
* Demonstrable blend of analytical and creative talent, tactical and strategic thinking, and innovative and pragmatic approaches.
* Creation of compelling presentations and effective communication of recommendations
* Excellent project management/execution and organizational skills and execution of structured approaches to solve unstructured problems
* Willing to travel 25% - 40%, including domestic and international
