About This Role:
With general supervisory direction, you will be responsible for performing support functions for manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting equipment and process issues, and performing and documenting machine maintenance procedures. Additionally, it is expected that you will partner with engineering in developing methods and procedures to control or modify manufacturing processes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Identify and troubleshoot process, material or equipment problems to minimize down time
* Perform preventative maintenance and calibration procedures, as well as author equipment maintenance and calibration procedures
* Modify existing and develop new tooling and fixtures
* Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to correct or improve processes/product
* Work with vendors/suppliers to procure and install tooling, fixtures, and/or equipment
* Assist in writing validation plans, executing plans and completing validation reports
* Assist in Value Improvement (VIP), DMAIC and other projects, implementing new equipment or processes or improving existing ones for cost savings
* Work with Process Development to bring new products into production
* Train and provide technical support or direction to product builders and other technicians
What Were Looking For In You:
Minimum Qualifications
* 2-4 years of equivalent work experience in related discipline, or AA Degree with 0-2 years of experience
* Strong mechanical skills
* Self-motivated to seek out opportunities to improve business performance
* Communicates well with peers about issues/problems that arise

* Manufacturing background
* Automation experience
* Electrical Equipment knowledge
