Pricing and Contracts Manager  EP  
About the role:  
This position is responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts and managing all aspects of US commercial pricing and contracting in support of the Boston Scientific EP division's pricing objectives for all of our products and services; ensuring that the appropriate controls are in place for compliance with the corporate financial policies; and supporting divisional sales teams by processing the necessary transactions to support and maintain customer contracts. Support includes but is not limited to extensive reporting and analysis, comprehensive contract management and pro-active, forward-thinking business/decision support.   
Your responsibilities will include:
  * Leads a team of high performing Business Analysts in the development and interpretation of financial analysis and management of complex sales contracts.
  * Develops and communicates the strategic, financial, and administrative implications of proposed and/or implemented pricing policy.
  * Partners with Sales Management to make price recommendations, ensure compliance with policy and provide input on final pricing contracts.
  * Develops pricing strategies for current and future products across all relevant customer and market segments.
  * Tracks and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including pricing metrics, revenue and profitability, contract compliance, contract performance metrics. 
  * Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
  * Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts.
  * Prepares bids; processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information.
  * Identifies and implement best practices, processes and tools to ensure effective workflow throughout the contract lifecycle, consistent process execution and unified approaches that maximizes sales support execution, quality, effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. 
  * Collaborates and partners directly across the EP Commercial Organization and where required, provides direct customer interaction to insure effective contract execution.
What were looking for in you:  
Minimum Qualifications
  * Bachelor's degree
  * Minimum 6 years of sales operations, finance, accounting and/or contracting management work experience
  * Proficiency with MS Office programs including advanced Excel skills and experience with Business Intelligence platforms
  * Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, functions and levels of the organization 
  * Strong analytical background with an exceptional understanding of sales and marketing.
  * Demonstrated success working in a team environment, and past management experience providing leadership, development and coaching to a high performing team. 
Preferred Qualifications
  * Healthcare and/or medical device industry experience 
  * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make a significant contribution to performance and revenue growth
  * Comprehensive experience supporting the negotiations of complex national agreements and ongoing contract management
  * Proven analytical, problem solving skills, and solution-oriented mentality
  * Highly detailed oriented and superior organizational skills
  * Strong project management skills, including effectively managing multiple priorities
  * Candidate must possess strong initiative and a demonstrated pro-active mentality
  * Process oriented, with a focus on continuous process improvements to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
  * Candidate must have experience working successfully within a matrix organization, effectively influencing cross-functionally, across divisions and at various levels of management
  * Extensive experience in leveraging and maximizing IT solutions and processes
  * Exposure to Model N or other Contracting/Revenue Management systems
