Summary:
We are searching for a Senior Video Producer -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will create and lead a robust, effective and well-integrated digital media program and develop and distribute impactful video messaging that educates internal and external audiences to advance the organization's mission.

Responsibilities :
* Leads production of Internal communications video projects to develop broadly distributed organizational content
* Collaborate with members of the Corporate Communications team to develop strategic, high-impact story ideas and execute video projects, from pre- to post-production
* Leads filming/editing of external communications projects to support local, regional and national media placements
* Develop concepts and produce scripted marketing videos, short- and long-form documentaries, and original video content aligned with marketing strategy for web and other presentation formats
* Maintains video production schedule and monitors progress of tasks and multiple projects to ensure content is edited and released in a timely and efficient manner
* Conduct interviews and produce promotional video deliverables that highlight breadth and depth of clinical service lines
* Develops concept and produces scripted videos, short- and long-form documentaries and original video content aligned with corporate strategy to advance organizational initiatives among staff and employees
* Film and edit educational content to support staff and employee training efforts
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED required
* Bachelors degree in journalism, mass communications, radio/tv/film or related field preferred
* 10 years experience with broadcast news or related communications field required
