Program Manager - Marketing

Get Inspired by the Work You'll Do

* Oversee annual SMB Marketing Program, including internal promotion, events and customer communication.
* Assist Conference Team with development, planning and execution of all large conferences.
* Attend creative meetings between Conference Team and business units to communicate event details and requirements.
* Oversee and monitor event sponsorships and update Conference Team as needed. Communicate due dates for deliverables.
* Provide weekly registration updates to Conference team.
* Oversee the design and production of event collateral.
* Assist Conference team with product procurement.
* Correspond with hotel, convention center, and other vendors as needed.
* Coordinate assembly of welcome packets for on-site distribution, as required, to include ordering materials through office supply vendor or creative services department.
* Ensure creation and distribution of pre and post-event communication
* Act as back up when Conference Team members are traveling.
* Work independently in the absence of supervision
* Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, as requested

* 5-7 years of marketing, program management or business development experience

* Knowledge and previous experience with project management

* Knowledge and previous experience with meeting, event and incentive programs and participant registration preferred

* Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly

* Must be able to take direction and work well with others

* Must be able to work under the stress of and meet deadlines

* Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately while meeting applicable productivity measures

* Must be able to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned
