Responsibilities

Develop key functionalities following the best practices related to SDLC

Be innovative and dont hesitate to think out-of-the-box

Be a Team player with good Emotional and Curiosity Quotient

Work to automate things wherever there is opportunity keeping the big picture in mind

Along with the team, support round the clock Platform availability and respond on a timely manner to restore system as needed

Open to work with team distributed across different Geographic locations

Exhibit extreme ownership

Requirements

Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

3+ years of development experience in Java/J2EE/C+ Hands on experience developing RESTFul APIs using Spring or other Java Frameworks

Experience with one or more Relational Databases (Oracle, MySQL etc.)

Hands on experience working with Public (GCP, AWS, Azure etc.) or Private Cloud Systems

Experience with systems troubleshooting, CI/CD and build pipeline

Strong Problem solving and debugging skills

Good Communication and ability to interact with multiple teams to drive requirements and deliverables

Strong linux systems knowledge.(1+ years)

* Strong hands on experience with docker. (1+ yrs)

Experience with Technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Mesos, Terraform, Ansible, Consul will be an advantage

Contribution to Open-source projects will be a plus

Strong understanding of Distributed System principles in large scale environments
