Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. The successful candidate should be able to leverage and analyze data to make sound hiring decisions, while leveraging technology to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist must develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires, and oversee the full recruiting cycle. Ultimately, the position will create strong talent pipelines for our companys current and future hiring needs.
Essential Functions:
* Demonstrate innovation in sourcing techniques for candidates, both technical and in person.
* Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers and consult with them throughout the hiring process.
* Be a trusted partner to the hiring managers.
* Source, screen and build a pipeline of candidates.
* Ensure compliance with all employment laws through the process.
* Facilitate the usage of an ATS, ensuring data integrity.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Schedule interviews and communicate between multiple parties to coordinate schedules.
* Consult on offer details, provide documentation and research when needed, and manage the pre-employment process.
