Job Description
SUMMARY
The Director, Finance - Nursing Division will direct the business and financial operations of the Division of Nursing, Nursing Practice and Inpatient Operations.
Additionally, the Director:
* Oversees the annual budget process and the daily business operations.
* Responsible for preparation of financial models to project growth of division initiatives as well as design and execution of internal controls.
* Responsible for presenting complex financial and productivity analysis to multiple levels of management within the institution.
* All finance positions in the Division report to the Director.
REQUIREMENTS
* Ten years of advanced financial management experience to include two years of management experience.
* Experience with time & scheduling systems and procurement.
* Experience in a healthcare organization.
* Preferred Experience: Healthcare operations experience.
* Bachelor's degree.
