Specialist, Fraud Intelligence and Strategy
Overview:
The Mastercard Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (C&I) team develops and delivers world-class risk, security products and services for Mastercard customers across the globe. As part of this organization, the Fraud Intelligence & Strategy Team (FIS) is responsible for:
Providing fraud analytics and insights to Mastercard and its global customers
Developing new products to help all participants in the payment system prevent fraud
Maintenance and development of existing and new fraud prevention and monitoring data driven products/services
Role:
The Specialist within Fraud Intelligence and Strategy (FIS) will be a key contributor in helping Mastercard develop and deliver actionable insights and products to help issuers, acquirers, and merchants reduce fraud. This position will also play an important role in helping with the development and communication of the roadmap for the cyber product innovation team. Specifically, the Specialist will:
Work collaboratively with the FIS team on diverse initiatives to manage and drive overhaul of Mastercard fraud reporting Standards globally
Partner cross functionally with internal stakeholders to leverage their expertise and perspective and understand impact to them from changes to Mastercard Standards
Contribute to the development of business rationale for recommended changes to Mastercard Standards and FIS products based on all available information, data analyses, stakeholder feedback, etc.
Support the end to end process for changes to Standards, e.g., presentations to C&I leadership, steering committees, customer facing risk councils, etc.
Structure and drive communications efforts for the Cyber Product Innovation team by helping create a unified and integrated communication strategy and roadmap
Participate in the ideation and execution of special projects
