Looking for clerical associates for a seasonal position for a leading financial institute.
We have two position types available: data entry and mail clerk.
Shifts available and pay rate:
* Data Entry
o 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday) $17.00 per hour
o 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Monday - Friday) $19.55 per hour
* Mail Clerk
o 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday) $16.00 per hour
o 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Monday - Friday) $18.40 per hour
What is the job?
* Data Entry
o Operate data entry device, such as keyboard
o Verify data and prepare materials for keying, coding, or printing
o Proficiency in typing and 10-key data entry
o Typing assessment required
* Mail Clerk
o Prepare incoming and outgoing mail for distribution
o Use hand or mail handling machines to time stamps, open, read, sort, and route incoming mail
o Address, seal, stamp, fold, stuff, and affix postage to outgoing mail or packages
o Check/voucher/return paperwork out and prepare for image scan
