The Corporate Audit Leader Program (CALP) is a training ground for tomorrows leaders in the company. As part of the program you will gain experience across multiple functions, and business units with exposure to the most senior leaders in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own and oversee the execution of the Cyber Security Audit Risk Assessment program
* Deliver specialized audits across Information Technology and Cyber Security, inclusive of manufacturing technology, product security, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation initiatives.
* Lead the planning and execution of the annual ITGC SOX audit program
* Attract, lead and develop a global team of audit professionals
* Coordinate and manage co-sourced audit projects/relationship with 3rd parties
* Develop strong relationship with leadership and internal customers
* Develop innovative use of technology in the Corporate Audit function
* Execute on integrated audits working with financial, fraud and forensics, and supply chain audit teams
* Deliver summarized observations in a business minded audit report

YOU MUST HAVE

* Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Accounting
* Minimum of 3 years of Leadership experience
* Minimum of 6 years of IT or cyber security audit experience

WE VALUE

* One or multiple of the following: CPA, CFE, CISA, CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, CISM, PMP or similar IT certification(s)
* Strong communication, influencing, and change management skills
* Conveys information with clarity, ensuring messages are understood across diverse teams
* Extensive knowledge/experience in project management, strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
* Deep understanding of technology risk practices as well as an understanding of the Corruption and Anti-Bribery and other regulatory laws and requirements (i.e. Privacy, Data Protection/PCI, etc.)
* Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity, while balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
* Demonstrates inquisitive mindset and applies critical thinking in each assignment
* Ability to influence and motivate teams and develop talent
* Conveys specific, observable and/or measurable expectations for each assignment
