We are seeking an experienced professional to drive data-based decision making across the Intelligrated business. You will focus on delivering analytically driven insights that improve our commercial focus and performance. You will also be an active leader in advancing our digital transformation efforts and this will include building innovative reports, dashboards and/or visualizations, and data mashups utilizing disparate data sets that improve our business intelligence and decision-making capabilities. As the Sr Sales Analytics Specialist, you will partner with other commercial leaders to drive standardization for key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-quality. A few of the areas you will work in to deliver desired outcomes include sales pipeline sufficiency and opportunity creation, win rate, deal velocity, territory coverage, account planning, customer retention and sales forecast accuracy.

The critical success factors include:
Reporting to the IGS Global Sales Excellence Director and working with leaders across the business entities and regions your primary responsibilities will include:
Identify, analyze and interpret trends in large, complex data sets
Partner with senior business leaders and development teams to deploy actionable reporting and analytics
Drive consistent systems and processes to assist commercial decision-making
Own/Improve Data Quality
Collaborate Cross Functionally

You Must Have:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field
* A minimum of 3 years experience working with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
* A minimum of 3 years experience in data modeling, data mining and/or segmentation techniques
* A minimum of 3 years experience using statistical packages to analyze data (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
* A minimum of 3 years experience working with analytics tools and visualization software (Tableau, Einstein, Spot fire, QlikView)

WE VALUE:

* Master's degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Management or related field
* Advanced Salesforce.com certifications or credentials (Administrator, Developer, Trailhead Ranger status and/or Superbadges)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
* Skilled in queries, report writing and presenting findings
* Strong knowledge and/or experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
* Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks
* Understanding of best-in-class data governance processes
* Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical language
* High-level written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working with remote and global teams
