The Product Deployment Project Manager will be working within the Retail Wireless Group in our Denver, CO office. They will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment spanning the Boost Mobile and broader wireless brands.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Product deployment and Field/Care readiness for VAS services, preloads and SIMs. This could include testing, system set-up, content creation, etc.
* Own complete prelaunch customer experience validation and reporting for these products
* Act as content SME for knowledge team with respect to VAS and SIM products
* Manage escalation of VAS-related issues reported by the Technology team
* Identify VAS and SIM issue trends - work with cross functional teams to resolve and capture data
* Manage SIM related systems and set up issues, collaborating with supply chain and IT
* IRF review and technical participation for special projects
* Representation back to partner organizations and OEMs to resolve issues and propose new processes
* Strategic thinker who can develop recommendations for operational excellence
* Partner with internal cross functional groups in Finance, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing & Care
Skills, Experience and Requirements
* BS or BA in Business, Product, Project Management or Engineering
* Operations/support/technical work experience required
* UX work experience preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
* Experience in developing strategies for issue resolution
* Excellent organizational, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills
* Ability to distill complex requirement sets into a concise logical diagram
* Self-motivation with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment
* Ability to plan for future work while maintaining the current delivery with rapidly changing priorities
* Experience in the wireless industry a plus
Compensation: $64,800.00/Yr. - $89,400.00/Yr.
