Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin & Marketing Technology Specialist
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin & Marketing Technology Specialist role will be responsible for assessing all technology strategy and implementation decisions. The role will lead MarTech projects of low, moderate and high complexity for the Marketing and Communications team. In addition, this role serves as the primary Marketing Cloud Administrator leading and managing projects for Marketing Cloud as well as providing strategic direction and managing day-to-day needs of the system.

Position Responsibilities:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Responsible for overall Salesforce Marketing Cloud product
* Lead governance of Marketing Cloud: develop business requirements to get new data in Converge, manage journey and publication list inventory, own process and timeline and manage expectations across IT/Marketing, Prioritize initiatives with IT.
* Manage master project list and priority ownership across marketing and IT.
* Provide strategic input, manage and maintain roadmap with internal stakeholders.
* Lead Center of Excellence: best practices, share wins, templates, processes, etc.
* Collaborate with marketing data team and IT digital marketing to ensure data needs are met.
* Partner with Internal Communications and HR to create and deploy internal journeys.
* Make decisions and manage work with IT partner in Jira.
* Lead technology integrations: gather requirements and wanted outcomes, partner with IT to manage projects for implementation and configuration, and coordinate training needed.
* Create and manage Knowledgebase (RACI, journey and publication list inventory, blueprints, audience segments, etc.).
* Responsible for training and adoption: report on progress, provide access to Trailheads and when needed Accelerators.
* Responsible for knowledge of platform updates and procedures: inform team of new functionality, updates and procedures.
* Collaborate and mange with internal teams to produce internal journeys: leverage the platform to communicate internally at Comerica.
* Administer the system: report on product usage, manage user roles and permissions, manage support tickets, process documentation and enablement's.
Marketing Technology Strategy & Innovation
* Compile and maintain Comerica's marketing technology roadmap.
* Work directly with Marketing managers to assess technology uses, gaps and redundancies.
* Evaluate and recommend marketing technology suppliers, as requested by Marketing Operations management.
* Contribute to the MarTech strategy.
Documentation/Compliance
* Accurately and thoroughly document alert and case comments and all investigative steps.
* Accurately document all case financial information.
* Accurately identify Business Unit or Banking Center policy violations.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements.
* Suspicious Activity Reporting.
* Write clear and concise narratives which support transactions observed using internal systems and information found on the Internet.
* Accurately identify and submit timely Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), and Management Notifications with assistance.
* Identify operational weaknesses contributing to losses and submit details and recommendations to manager with assistance.
Project Execution
* Manage projects of low, moderate and high complexity, to continue building the marketing technology stack.
* Responsible for on-time delivery and execution of critical Technology projects and initiatives to deliver business value.
* Interface with Marketing leadership team, peers and technology partners to accomplish project objectives.
* Manage stakeholders, project scope & communications.
* Execute, monitor and control technical projects from original concept through final implementation.
* Communicate accurately and timely project accomplishments and overall project health to stakeholders via required measures and methods.
* Manage and monitor project budgets with high focus on approved funding and cost containment.
* Ensure cost changes have accurate and timely approvals and follow corporate and department standards, policies and procedures.
* Manage technical vendor team, and tracs and review vendor deliverables.
* Proactively manage project risks and risk mitigation plans.
Position Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or four years in Finance or related experience
* 5 years working in a technical environment with marketing technology applications (e.g. CRM, Marketing Cloud, AEM, content marketing, customer data platform, marketing analytics, etc.)
* 5 years of experience working with data analytics
* 5 years of experience working in an agile scrum environment
