Job Description and Responsibilities:
Functional responsibility is to support payment investigations for EMEA portfolio. As the role will support clients and their payments globally, the candidate will be expected to work from 4:00 AM EST to 1:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Additionally, the candidate will support during US holidays and work any additional overtime, including weekends, as necessary to support the business.
