Job Duties:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for administrative and project management assistance to the marketing/sales department.

Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Maintains files and records pertinent to sales leads/prospects.
Coordinates follow up actions. Prepares reports to analyze marketing actions and strategies.
Performs a variety of administrative functions to support the timely execution of marketing plans.
Tracks expenditures and budgets.
Coordinates mailings.
Researches marketing/sales requests.

Qualifications

Requires a GED/HS diploma; 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Health insurance background strongly preferred.

Proficient use of excel required. Experience with pivot tables preferred.
