We are currently seeking Business Analyst to join our team. In this exciting role, you will work with team of dedicated individuals committed to deliver results and support program objectives. You will be an excellent fit for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
* Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios
* Help manage the user acceptance test cycle scheduling testing, tracking issues and results
* Document process flows
* Provide insight over the delivery of process, application and technology consulting services to sponsoring business units.
* Communicate the status of the business/system process changes, additions and improvements.
* Establish business requirements with customers, associates and all other stakeholders.
* Identify problem areas and points of failure and as well as corrective actions.
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field
* 4+ years business analysis, user acceptance testing, business impact, process and flow, process mapping, business requirements analysis and documentation, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications
* Some financial/banking services background.
* Requires extensive analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
* Knowledge of banking and/or finance and banking systems implementations.
* Working knowledge of agile, scrum, scaled agile framework
* Solid organizational, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Able to interact with experts from multiple disciplines, both technical and non-technical.
* Knowledge of various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, Visio.
Pay Range: $70,000-$100,000
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus
