Work Hours/Shifts:
Med/Surg FT Night Shift
You Will Be Responsible For:
* Gathers data/assess/reassess all populations served and complete primary assessment of all newly admitted and transferred patients
* Supervises Nursing Assistants in the process of basic nursing functions
* Acts as preceptor when needed
* Provides education to patients and families from admission to discharge
* Demonstrates proficient technical skills and operational knowledge on all equipment used on the unit
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
* BSN degree
* Current GA RN license
* Current BLS
* ACLS within 1 year of hire
* PALS within 18 months of hire
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients on the unit and for the day-to-day management and supervision of related clinical activities.
