NA Consumer Finance Transformation Program Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Lead the Forecasting Transformation efforts for NACB Finance across key workstreams, in support of Citi-wide and Finance Transformation priorities
* Responsible for optimizing and integrating all forecasting processes across CCAR/capital planning, strategic planning, business/operating planning and outlook processes
* In partnership with corporate, business and product planning teams, clearly define use case requirements and planning segmentation rationale across all forecasting processes
* Improve the accuracy, agility and control of forecasting processes by completing and optimizing the model forecast library for all NACB businesses
* Work closely with Finance Transformation team to detail end state design implications for NACB and enhancement approach
* Identify and incorporate key data and operational dependences across Finance, Risk and Business workstreams
* Drive convergence and standardization of forecasting tools, including implementation of a Common Model Framework
* Support implementation of firmwide planning infrastructure Transformation, in close coordination with GCB segment and Corporate FP&A
* Ensure consistency of approach and implementation of forecasting enhancements across markets and products
* Standardize and document planning processes across use cases
* Work closely with Model Risk Management to establish criteria for process and planning model validation
* Enhance review and challenge in progress towards convergence of modeling approaches
* Define key milestones and deliverables over multi-year Transformation horizon
* Identify and track key performance metrics for transparency and accountability
* Define and escalate key Transformation execution risks and mitigating actions

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of relevant experience & 5+ years of managerial experience
* Broad experience in managing large complex cross-company transformation programs
* Specific subject matter expertise regarding transformation and program management disciplines and a strong business understanding of the products and services NACB offers
* Track record of managing internal relationships and demonstrated experience in leading sustained change and change management efforts
* Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing
* Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and no surprises approach in communicating issues/requests

Strong leaderships skills with a proven track record driving positive and sustained change
