Job Description

The success of the GCT Enterprise Stability Analyst will be defined by positive improvements across the Enterprise Stability performance metrics. Key indicators of the enterprise stability performance include, but are not limited to, reduction in Major Incidents and Client Impact Hours driven by the identification and remediation of existing or newly discovered risks. Ensuring the organization has identified the processes-based risks is key to this role, in collaboration with Regional Service Health, Production Service Managers, and other key stakeholders. The Analyst will have in-depth experience with data analysis techniques, and a working knowledge of various data analysis tools, including desktop tools such as Excel and MS Access. The Analyst will both assist with pulling data from various data sources and conducting data analysis to spot performance issues likely due to process execution issues or control gaps. The Analyst will often act as a coordinator to ensure owners and other stakeholders keep to the commitments for risk remediation using existing processes to manage risk.

Roles/Responsibilities Include

o Manage data extracts from multiple data sources, establishing requirements, formats with data providers, routines for monthly data pulls, and improved methods to pull the data together and present to data consumers.

o Make recommendations to ensure all high risks are being identified based on data-based monitoring, and conduct follow-up to ensure the risks are being managed to closure.

o Foster a culture of proactive risk identification and control management.

o Assist with driving compliance with GCT and Enterprise technology governance frameworks in accordance with relevant regulations and Citibank policies.

o Produce executive updates on validation activities of performance trends via Operating Fundamentals, Focus and Intensive Care metrics.

o Manage relationships and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

o Exhibit in-depth knowledge of industry technology related governance, data and process improvement frameworks.

o Participate in driving a culture of recognizing success.

o Although the role will have a regional focus, supports the global organization with tasks across all regions, requiring flexibility in time zones and other collaboration needs.

Qualifications

o Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology.

o 5+ years of experience in technology data and analysis.

o Demonstration of excellent communication skills especially with respect to data-based risk remediation and improvement plans.

o Experience with automating technology controls.

o In-depth knowledge of Data Analytical Tools including MS Excel.

o Self-motivated with strong task management skills and a demonstrated ability to drive to completion with appropriate levels of escalation.

o Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills. Ability to influence indirect actions with results and interact with senior leadership in an effective manner.

o Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously without negative impact to quality and delivery times.

o Detail oriented, flexible, adaptable to changing deadlines and deliverables, focused on adding value through support of management team.

o Excellent verbal, written, editing, grammatical, and presentation skills.

o Strong understanding with the operations of a large technology organization; financial experience a plus.

o PMP certification a plus.

o COGNOS expertise a plus
