Job Description

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Infrastructure Tech Lead Analyst for its Jersey City, New Jersey location.

Duties: Work within Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Core banking to design, develop, maintain and support environments for FlexCube applications in North America and Latin America. Migrate various country specifics systems to FlexCube. Lead a team that is responsible for design implementation of production and Continuity of Business (COB) environments to support each countrys implementation. Coordinate with testing and development teams to maintain consistent test environments to support the applications. Responsible for the day to day management of the FlexCube application environment and for capacity planning to ensure that the hardware infrastructure is appropriate for the application as its requirements and usage change. Ensure that hardware and software components meet application requirements and Citi and vendor standards. Coordinate with various groups on component upgrades and patches. Work with test teams to ensure that test environments are appropriate and properly match production. Conduct disaster recovery testing. Leading and managing a team globally and directly responsible for Infrastructure/Application estate for NAM and LATAM countries. Managing platforms along with hands on development experience for automation. Work as partner with other technology and application teams.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field and ten (10) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior System Analyst, Senior Principal Consultant, Technical Solutions Architect, Infrastructure Delivery Manager or closely related position working for a financial services software company. Work experience must include: Flexcube Architecture and System Design; Designing applications for various country implementations and adding new features, 24/7 functionality and reporting systems; Designing & Development of Unix and Python scripts and database modifications for ensuring applications are cloud ready; Planning and delivering database, middleware platform technology components, Oracle, IBM WebSphere, FUSE and AIX to Linux Migration, Cloud Migration Strategy, ECS Adoption, CI/CD working knowledge; Managing over 100 servers and databases as an application systems owner; Performing capacity planning of existing/new infrastructure and be accountable for the delivery/setup working with all the partners along with reporting to senior management; and Vendor/License Procurement.
