Job Description

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility for this position are:

* Support Wholesale data governance and CFO attestations
* Support big data management and Y14 remediation projects
* Enhance controls over data quality, perform periodic sample testing, and data analysis to monitor and track data quality and completeness of data
* Perform gap assessments and impact analysis on data and risk reporting
* Perform business analysis to respond to regulatory, business, and internal audit questions and provide portfolio insights
* Coordinate the implementation of new regulatory requirements, facilitate large group discussions, and drive initiatives to conclusion
* Develop presentation and documentation on Critical Data Element (CDE) inventory, data quality controls and review process

Qualifications:

The position requires the ability to define and articulate complex data requirements and rules with internal business partners and cooperate with multiple stakeholders. The core strengths required for this position include but are not limited to:

* The individual should be proactive, analytical, organized, flexible and team-oriented
* Ability to manage fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work with large volumes of data and produce value added analysis for review and management decisions
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel (metrics and data analysis), PowerPoint (presentation decks), and Word (writing and editing procedural and technical documentation).
* Advanced data analytical skill such as MS Access, SAS, R and SQL is required.
* 3-5 years of experiences in financial services industry, managing Regulatory exams and Audits is preferred.
* Bachelors degree at minimum, advanced degree in Math, Finance, Statistics, Engineering is a plus
