Citis Global Consumer Banking Data Governance Office (GCB DGO), a function within Citis Business Operational Risk and Control (CBORC) organization, drives consistency in addressing data-related issues within the Global Consumer Bank. The GCB DGO is a team of professionals with responsibility to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our data environment through a common infrastructure, quality control monitoring, and implementation of the Managers Control Assessment, end-user computing governance, data quality risk metrics and issues management. It is a critical strategic organization that supports Citis Chief Data Office and Data Quality Program, ensuring the data management risk profile within the Global Consumer businesses are well understood and well managed. As a First Line of Defense function, GCB DGO builds trusted relationships with Business and Data Governance Leaders, Process and Technology Owners as well as Second and Third Line partners.

Responsibilities:

* Execute processes that GCB has in place to meet Citi Data Management Policy requirements related to End User Computing; ensuring that all activities are performed timely and in alignment to documented procedures.
* Collaborate with GCB DGO EUC Program Leads, EUC Champions and other key stakeholders to continuously improve GCB EUC Program processes; making the processes more efficient and improving controls with every iteration of the process.
* Identify and keep an inventory of process pain points, enhancement opportunities, required changes driven by updates to policy requirements and then collaborate with GCB DGO EUC Program Leads, EUC Champions and other key stakeholders to define and execute action plans to implement improvements and any required change to the process.
* Provide subject matter expertise for policy requirements related to End User Computing
* Prepare and present updates on process metrics and insights to stakeholders, creating awareness of identified issues and risks.

Qualifications:

* 5-8 years relevant experience
* Demonstrated Data Analyst skillset
* Advanced understanding of Project management methodologies and tools
* Intermediate to senior level experience in a Data Analysis role with commensurate people management experience.
* Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related work experience.
* At least 3+ years of business experience in audit, control, compliance or regulatory management in consumer banking, financial services.
* Strong communication (written and oral), reporting, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to autonomously create clear written communications (Samples of prior work will be requested).
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio
* Problem Solving and Project Planning experience
* Strong coordination skills to execute processes timely
* Strong investigative and analytical skills
* Assertive and self-confident to challenge status quo and propose diverse ideas within existing processes and business practices.
* Working knowledge of Citis Data Management Policy, Data Governance Programs and Global Consumer Bank business operations a plus.
