Senior DevOps Lead in CTIS helps provide consultative, architectural, and engineering support for our customers DevOps journey. They play a crucial role in defining automation, infrastructure and security standards for the organization.

Responsibilities

* Work with stakeholders and infrastructure teams to deliver transformational solutions leveraging CTIS automation tools
* Help in establishing DevOps model and driving solution architecture and best practices
* Partner with development and operations teams to facilitate practical automation solutions and custom modules
* Working with multiple vendors and getting new products delivered in time to meet organizational goals.
* Advocate for and ensure appropriate security best practices are developed and implemented across the DevOps space.

Technical Skills

* 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Software Configuration, Build, Deployment, Release Management and Infrastructure Design is required
* Experience in scripting or programming languages (Ruby, Perl, Python, Shell, PowerShell, etc.)
* Knowledge of log mining & analytics tools Splunk or Elastic
* In-depth expertise in leading DevOps transformation journeys for enterprise customers
* Expert level understanding in DevOps tools such as Ansible and Chef is required
* Expert level understanding in Unix Operating systems is required
* Specialist knowledge of CI/CD systems like Jenkins or Harness is required
* Fundamental understanding of enterprise security practices is a plus
* RESTful web API implementation and management experience is a plus
* In-depth knowledge in enabling technologies such as API Gateways is a plus
* Basic understanding of common container technologies is a plus

Education

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
