The Senior Business Analyst/ Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the Chatbot for Linguistic Assistance and Informative Results (CLAIR) virtual assistant continues to improve and stay on track with business requests as well as other ICG Risk smart automation activities and special projects/programs. The Senior Business Analyst/ Program manager will be the key point of contact for roadmap planning, marketing, business enhancement requests and relaying that information to technology and/or the power users that develop CLAIR, ICG Risk Smart Automation and other non-technical projects for ICG Risk Management to ensure requirements and milestones are met. This role is not limited to technical project management.

The goal of CLAIR is to provide Citi employees a single point of contact for everything Citi, ranging from Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to pulling gold source data from Citi internal systems as well as becoming their day to day assistant for assigned tasks. The goal of Smart Automation is to ensure manual repeatable processes are automated and optimize resource allocation and data quality.

PM is responsible for ensuring that Risk Management, Businesses and technology have the right tools and processes, and that all projects are compliant with Risk Management policies as well as the Citi wide guidelines.

The PM is responsible for understanding the risk management and business requirements, creatively propose alternate and more efficient ways of operating, representing the users in prioritization meetings, and interacting with technology to ensure delivery of a sound product within the required timelines and budget.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the management, delivery and implementation of all enhancements assigned and related to CLAIR, Smart Automation and other non-technical projects, including but not limited to: assist business with scoping out concepts/ideas and defining benefits of change; define business requirements for change; identify business impact of change; identify business tasks to support change implementation
* Support implementation and post implementation activities across all businesses (ICG, GCG, CPB and CCB).
* Chair stakeholder meetings and User Council
* Manage key business relationships effectively, including managing expectations about delivery timelines.
* Interact with employees at the senior level across Risk Management, Business and Technology. Candidate will need to be able to present and articulate business asks to technology as well as give senior presentations on the progress of the project in person and virtually.
* Ensure the enhancements being proposed are in line with the Strategic Roadmap and Common Operating Model
* Track user metrics and analyze trends for enhancement planning and/or smart automation processes for points of failure/success
* Develop a robust governance and process around integration and enhancements as well as COB arrangements
* Responsible for monitoring all major project milestones and resolving issues where a milestone is at risk.
* Work with all levels of business and technology users to ensure that all project participants have been identified and are engaged in the effort.
* Ensure that the Requirements and User Testing cycles are complete and all issues addressed with expected timelines, deviations and action plans documented and agreed with all users.
* Coordinate and Lead testing activities
* Lead regular meetings with the project team (that includes Risk Management, Business participants, power users and technology). Ensure that business requirements are prioritized correctly.

Knowledge/ Experience:

* RPA, Chatbot; Virtual Assistant; Natural Language processing Business User/Project Management Experience desired
* Sound knowledge of CitiRisk, Risk policy, Credit approval, Operational Flows, Financial Analysis, monitoring processes and roles and responsibilities of participants in the process.
* Applying Credit Officer training and experience to ICG Risk Policies
* Good knowledge of Risk Management systems supporting the business processes.
* In depth knowledge of banking processes
* Knowledge of Project Life Cycle
* Knowledge of Credit Risk Management End User Requirements
* Previous change management experience
* Resource management and capacity planning experience
* Budget and Headcount planning

Qualifications:

* Degree or post-graduate Qualification: Bachelors degree
* 10+ years experience in Financial Services

* Ability to interact at a senior and middle management level across Business, Credit Risk Management, Operations and Technology.
* Strong project management and negotiation skills.
* Ability to deliver a sound product under tight time and budget constraints.
