Citi is strongly expanding the adoption of private Cloud to later expand to public cloud, and with this adoption the need of skilled people is very important to be successful.

We are looking for forward compatibility people that want to participate and lead the Cloud adoption for Citi.

Job Overview:

* The Cloud Tenant Ops Engineer will play a critical role to the Cloud DevOps Operations and the Technology Development team providing end-to-end infrastructure support and lead to the Private Cloud Technologies (PAS, Gemfire, PCC) used by APIs/Micro services development teams, knowing the infrastructure tech stack being used, also the CI/CD pipeline that supports the delivery to production.
* This position will support Pivotal Application Service (PAS), Gemfire, PCC, OpenShift/K8s from Non Production to Production.
* Eventually this role will include the Public Cloud adoption and support to AWS, GCP or Azure technologies by making automation as primary key component for the adoption. Also, will support application development teams with the regulatory track.
* Be the Trusted Partner to the application development teams to foster a culture of Forward Compatibility driving towards a nimble architecture that will allow for faster execution at the right cost with the best industry service levels in reliability and performance to achieve Citi Digital Transformation aligned to the Technology strategy.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

* Development and production infrastructure full stack support & Tenant Operations that provides leadership to operations support for Pivotal Offering (PAS, Gemfire, PCC, PKS), OpenShift and Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
* To collaborate with Dell for the Manage Service that provides PlatformOps of the Pivotal offering.
* Ensure effective participation in business process reviews and facilitate journey-mapping efforts.
* Proactively identify opportunities for development and automation in the technologies and domains.
* Drive team to develop bespoke solutions as needed with repeatable patterns.
* Effectively manage/groom platform backlogs and sustain quality of development activities.
* Ensure CI/CD support, best practices, principles, & processes. Cultivate and operationalize a DevOps discipline within the application development teams.
* Infrastructure Full stack understanding, leadership and support, additionally oversight for the L2 TenantOps support teams from lower to upper environments for all the technologies used.
* To collaborate with infrastructure, development teams and business owners to improve sector estate IT performance, security, risk posture, and cost to our consumer portfolio.
* To collaborate with the application development leads and architects to maintain a solid demand based on business growths, specially focus on the peaks days during the year and planned for that.
* Cloud, DevOps and Agile Evangelist. This person will be the friend, philosopher and guide our partners on the cloud acceleration for Mexico.
* Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), the main goals are to create scalable and highly reliable software systems by partnering with the application development and production management teams.

Education:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
