* In this position, you will be responsible for developing advanced peripheral transistors for 3D NAND flash. This roles involves setting up transistor specifications by interacting with design team, defining the transistor by working with process integration team and developing the corresponding compact models / PDK kits.

You will be a key contributor in scaling of the future NAND flash generations and boosting its performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand and define the specifications for future generation peripheral transistors

Develop the transistors to meet specifications including reliability

Characterize and analyze test structures on wafer

Define the electrical and physical ground rules

Develop compact models and PDK kits

Study and improve transistor variation in production

Correlate transistor and product level performance and help manage yield

REQUIRED:

This position requires MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering/Applied Physics/Materials Science with focus on semiconductors/solid state physics

Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in CMOS transistor development

Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor device physics and wafer level device fabrication techniques

Experience in analyzing process splits and providing guidance

Experience in setting up electrical/physical design rules

Strong background and experience in statistical data analysis using excel/python/jump/etc

Working knowledge of basic analog/digital circuits is preferred.

Self-starter with strong initiative & detail-oriented approach.

Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a cross-functional team setting.
