ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for quality, productivity and cycle time, as well as accountable for individual results, at assigned operations.

* Must be able to understand and resolve job related problems within areas of responsibility.

* Must be able to understand and react to Statistical Process Control (SPC); read and understand production reports and process instructions; and able to work effectively within a team environment.

* Must possess good communication, problem solving and computer skills.

* Must be flexible, able to learn and apply knowledge quickly, and capable of operating multiple tools within a production cell in a fast paced environment.

* Must be willing to work a 12 hour Alternate Work Schedule (AWS), and will be expected to work moderate overtime. T

* he candidate will work in a class 100 cleanroom.

REQUIRED:

* Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience, or equivalent.

* Must possess a strong sense of urgency, commitment, and be results oriented.

* Must have basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Intermediate/advanced level of Excel a plus.

* Must be a self-starter and quick learner.

* Excellent dexterity when handling small parts is required.

* Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
