We are looking for a highly collaborative individual with proven results in designing strategies and delivering actionable plans to build and sustain a World Class Culture, improve Employee Engagement and elevate the overall Employee Experience. As an articulate coach, facilitator and influencer, this individual has a strong belief in the powerful impact that engaged, motivated people at work can have on the customer experience. The Director, Employee Engagement & Culture will partner with stakeholders, leaders and employees across the organization to continue to boost employee engagement and evolve a culture aligned with the Company Mission, Vision and Values.

The position reports to the Vice President of Enterprise People Strategy, Development and Culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Act as a trusted thought partner and executional expert to the VP, Enterprise People Strategy, Development & Culture (EPSDC) and her leadership team around Employee Engagement & Culture and strong contributor to other COE-driven enterprise programs and processes that support the employee lifecycle
* Lead, implement and manage a global Employee Listening strategy that enables employees to feel fully informed and engaged, elevates the Employee Experience and achieves the aim of the organization in becoming an Employer of Choice.
* Monitor and manage third party vendor relationships including investment, SLAs, enhancements, etc.
* Work closely with platform partner(s) in driving a listening Culture, gathering themes and trends from employee feedback, gaining deeper level of insight into Employee Experience and using these insights to make recommendations to inform the overall people strategy, employee programs & processes and internal communications
* Proactively partner and collaborate with leaders and employees across levels, functions and global geographies to achieve shared objectives
* Build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders across functions and locations to ensure employees are engaged and informed no matter where they are based
* Effectively coach, facilitate and influence stakeholders across the organization
* Craft creative communications, campaigns, content and collateral that ignite passion around Employee Engagement and Culture
* Orchestrate effective change management strategies to drive adoption and communicate project progress with key stakeholders
* Be the steward of Employee Listening, Employee Engagement & Culture tools and resources and plan, monitor and measure Employee Engagement & Culture Journey progress
* Stay current on research and best practices, summarizing findings and recommendations for evolving current processes and practices
* Approach daily work with a broad, global perspective

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 10+ years of professional work experience in a global or multi-national company with an emphasis on Employee Experience, organizational effectiveness, learning & development, change management and/or Culture initiatives required
* Proven results in designing innovative strategies and delivering actionable plans to build and sustain a cohesive Culture, lift Employee Engagement and improve the overall employee experience.
* Technical prowess, including experience with employee listening/pulse platforms & tools, modern learning platforms, social media, collaboration tools and HR technology (e.g., LXP, LMS, talent management suites, people analytics)
* Strong data acumen capability in leveraging data for quality insights and decision making
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with people across geographies, functions, and levels of the organization
* Strong skills & experience using design thinking practices to approach problem-solving
* Possesses strong cultural empathy and actively seeks out information about a wide variety of viewpoints both internally and externally
* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and strong design instincts
* Proven ability to manage the uncertainty of change
* Strong Program Management skills, attention to accuracy and detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and measure progress and success
* Adaptable, willing and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
* Compelling communications and presentation skills
* Models high standards of honesty and integrity
* Shows personal commitment and acts to continuously learn and improve

Preferred:

* Masters Degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Marketing or related field
