Our Director, Digital Product will be responsible for collaboration with Product on strategy, design, development, management of new, existing or acquisition products Reviews product performance against expectations and facilitates or influences changes to product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal product performance. May work with internal or external business constituents to determine product future direction or respond to product inquiries. May be project-based and involve working within multiple product functions Define and target an end - to - end client experience across distribution and customer - facing systems. Provide strategic thought leadership on initiative optimization processes and best practices, through liaising with our teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Leading product's vision, strategy, and execution
* Build collaborative relationship with UHC business partners including Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Product, Networks, Clinical Services, Shared Services, Rally and Optum
* Develop and manage the inventory of all projects impacting the digital member experience including those sponsored by UHC business partners and by other UHC, Rally or Optum partners
* Engage and collaborate with project sponsors to jointly define emerging projects and shepherd them through the Digital development process
* Lead ad hoc projects with cross functional teams supporting key business goals
* Develop and maintain regular communications to support leadership and business partner team communications, including coordination of the monthly Digital Product Community forum
* Coordinate product and project updates with UHC stakeholders including the Go-To-Market and Operations teams
* Work with stakeholders to build a process to identify new product features that will impact digital with the goal of capturing requirements for digital products
* Work closely with experience design, operations, marketing and delivery partners to ensure effective team-of-teams execution
* Represent UHC Digital for internal partner or external client presentations as needed
* Work with BAs and PMs to manage all commitments made through requirements, planning and delivery

Required Qualifications:

* 8+ years of Digital Product management experience within a matrix organization and consumer facing products
* Knowledge / background in industry standard digital analytics tools like Adobe, Amplitude, Confluence, CA / Agile, Jira

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations
* Healthcare Product management experience
* Strong UX background
* Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
* Passion for and ability to understand customer needs and use data to deliver great solutions
* Skilled negotiator who has ability to motivate, persuade and build consensus
* Proven track record of working with senior leadership on successful strategic initiatives
* Excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills with ability to create a winning roadmap to achieve business goals while making difficult trade off decisions

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $110,200 to $211,700.
