The Digital Engagement Capabilities Product Manager is part of the UHC digital team working with various stakeholders within UHC and Optum (Marketing, Product, and Health & Ops.) to develop the strategic approaches to how we connect and engage with our members and then build out the associated product roadmaps to enable those experiences. The role requires a holistic understanding of touchpoints, ability to drive core initiatives, and ability to become well versed in respective product space.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Develop vision and roadmap for texting product using Agile methodology by partnering with lines of business and being engaged with market as a whole in order to build capability that meets immediate needs while driving innovation for future improvements in using text as a form of member engagement
* Ensure connections between execution conversations and product roadmap are being made so that any development needed to get a campaign up and running is put on the roadmap
* Help to evaluate vendors in short and long term to ensure vendors we have connected to the platform are addressing needs of business in a timely and cost-effective manner and with good partnership
* Drives strategy for significantly increasing number of mobile phone numbers and consents and helps to guide team in executing ideas
* Seeks to improve on process for executing and reporting on campaigns to ensure can get new campaigns out the door within short time frame and to ensure we have solid reporting
* Brings forward ideas on when text is the best channel and when it isn't and advises partners on how to improve on their initiatives for maximum success

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* 4+ years of experience with Program/Product Manager; that includes creating and delivering presentations to executive leaders
* 2+ years of experience with management or leadership
* 2+ years of experience in the texting space
* Previous digital product manager experience
* Knowledge of the Agile process and strong knowledge of chat bot creation and delivery
* Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700.
