We are searching for an energetic individual with strong team interaction skills for our Systems Management Analyst opening.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Responsibilities include configuration, administration, support, and troubleshooting of Windows Server /2012/2016/2019 and ESX VMWare operating systems for servers across the US and abroad.
* Perform back-up success/failure validations using Azure, TSMVE and TSM.
* Perform customer initiated and audit driven file restores.
* Research and resolve server capacity issues.
* Respond to and complete incident (break/fix) and service request tickets from customers.
* Provide problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
* Configure server software, hardware and peripheral devices to resolve issues.
* Work with the following technologies: Wintel Server 2012/2016/2019; HP Server Hardware; Dell Server Hardware, SAN attached storage and Boot; TSM thin and thick client.
* Handling day to day Windows and ESX VMware server administration functions
* Supporting Windows and ESX VMware servers across the US and abroad
* Performing back-up success/failure validation
* Conducting customer initiated and audit driven file restores
* Researching and resolving drive capacity issues
* Responding to and completing incident (break/fix) and service request tickets from customers
* Manning team pager for Priority break/fix issues on Windows or ESX VMware Servers
* Maintain current documentation or create new documentation as required

Required Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience with Wintel Server 2012/2016/2019 environments supporting 500+ servers
* 2+ years of experience working VMWare ESX/VSphere environments
* 2+ years of Backup Software experience such as TSMVE and TSM thick client
* 1+ years of experience with HP Server Hardware
* 1+ years of experience with Dell server hardware
* 1+ years of experience with SAN attached storage and Boot from SAN
* Role is a Sunday through Wednesday (4/10 hour shifts) with Thursday, Friday and Saturdays off. You must be able to work this schedule (Approx. hours are 7 am - 5:30 pm.)
* You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.
* Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained.
