We are seeking a Manager to join our Accounting Operations Team to support master data management, dual ledger systems and reconciliations, internal accounting systems administration and other operational initiatives. This position is located at Genoa's corporate headquarters in Renton, WA.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the general supervision of the Director of Accounting Operations, the Manager is responsible for ensuring that all accounting requirements related to a complex dual ledger system, master data, systems performance and optimization are completed both timely and accurately. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Blackline and MS SQL, focused on teamwork and a self-starter. Good communications skills are essential, as the position has cross-functional interaction with a variety of roles across the Company.

* Manage a team of 2 direct reports
* Manage the ongoing maintenance and administration of Microsoft Dynamics GP software and related solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the applications and databases(s) as needed engaging with IT and supporting vendors as needed
* Business and systems analysis and optimization
* Implement and configure additional modules and customizations
* Operate and oversee accounting systems administration
* Develop custom SQL queries and stored procedures based on Microsoft Dynamics GP data
* Develop, maintain and train users on best practices
* Develop and maintain training materials and user documentation
* Translate business needs into technical requirements for system enhancements through user feedback and observations
* Provide oversight and project management for system integration initiatives and enhancements

Educational or Skills Requirements:

* Must be a licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state you are applying to work.
* Some Pharmacy Technician experience is required
* PTCB Certification is preferred, but not required for all states
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
