As a Pharmacy Care Coordinator, your contributions will extend beyond fulfilling prescriptions. You'll be responsible for order and data entry, third party adjudication, and scheduling payments and deliveries over the phone with patients. Primary Responsibilities

* Ensure patients are supported by setting up delivery and following escalations through to resolution
* Respond professionally and appropriately when handling difficult situations and ensure patient experience is exceptional
* Handle communication between operations and sales
* Work as a liaison with operations partners to advise of any patient or practice concerns and issues
* Identify and notify sales and provider when a patient is not responding
* Review medical case notes to determine on-going medication treatment plan and project future medication costs
* Review medication regimen for disease state for LTC facilities/hospice care/RN case managers/Medical Directors/clients and provide summaries and guidance on future medication plans. Advice may include alternate drug therapies, stopping a medication and/or lower cost alternative
* Working an 8-hour shift Monday - Friday anytime between 7 am - 7 pm CST

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

Preferred Qualifications:

* 6+ months of Call Center experience
* Unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence (either Arizona or California)
