The Sr. Business Process Analyst (BPA) position is ideally positioned to support the development and/or on-going management and administration of intake, nursing and pharmacy operations and programs. The BPA role partners internally with key stakeholders across the business in the evaluation of operational processes and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement in process, technology, staffing and workflow that will enable optimized patient outcomes.

Additional Scope and Guidelines:

The position would provide overall operating discipline for process improvement and process design projects and initiatives across pharmacy, nursing and front-end operations. The work includes analysis of best practices, change management and communication, identification of key metrics and measurement standards, development of technology and reporting business requirements as needed, delivery of training as required, and support for operations in implementation of processes and programs. As part of this role, additional specific responsibilities would include:

* Providing problem solving expertise in identifying process in-efficiencies and waste leveraging lean six methodology and data analysis in order to develop recommendations and solutions to reduce waste and achieve process efficiency goals.
* Collaborating with and supporting operations in implementation of new programs and processes, driving adherence to standard processes across various markets and teams and end to end
* Consult on the process of governance and compliance with use of core technology systems across pharmacy operations, nursing operations and front-end ensuring compliance with standardized data entry strategies that drive reporting and timing of key deliverables in the patient experience.

Required Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree in Business, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Care Management, Liberal Arts or related field and/or equivalent education and experience
* 2+ years' experience in business process improvement projects including problem solving, defining process solutions and end to end process documentation
* 2+ year experience in data analysis
* 2+ years of experience in project coordination

Preferred Qualifications:

* Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills, adapting approach as needed for each engagement
* Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
* Experience in project coordination, analytical and cross-functional leadership skills
* Experience in developing technology/software requirements and designing technology solutions both through system and process changes affecting multiple platforms and functional areas
* Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
* Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
* Six Sigma training or project management certification is desired
* Experience working on a virtual team is ideal
* Demonstrated ability to build trust and form effective relationships with stakeholders
