You'll guide the development and support of Provider Networks as well as unit cost management activities through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis and reporting. Position will be based in Southern CA reporting to the Associate Vice President of Network Management.

If you are located within Southern CA, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. Cypress, CA preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Create innovated solutions and manage affordability projects with clinical, operational and business partners
* Partner with clinical, health care economics teams as well as the health plan leaders to ensure initiatives are being driven with strong results
* Development of data driven reporting and utilizing financial as well as clinical modeling to make decisive decisions. Create comprehensive project plans
* Develop and execute on strategies for all lines of business: Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid
* Ensure effective stakeholders communications, reporting and project management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or financial information as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information form others, including but not limited to reimbursement policy standards

Required Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in a network management-related role, with oversight of handling complex initiatives and accountability for senior level results
* 5+ years of direct experience in hospital, ancillary and physician contracting. Strong understanding of value-based contracts and accountable care organizations. In addition, essential knowledge in risk sharing based payment program, capitation and high performing networks
* Extensive years of experience leadership and managing medical cost and total cost of care strategies in a challenging and competitive environment
* Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport with all cross functional teams

Preferred Qualification:

* BS or BA; clinical and financial background
