Job Description

Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and all HR users through the resolution of incidents and phone support. This position is expected to handle all support calls routing to the HRConnect team, and other tasks as required to resolve first level support requests.

This role will be responsible for assisting with a large volume of data entry and auditing related to team member business processes, including hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and other confidential items. This position will also monitor various HR inboxes and respond or escalate to the appropriate team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support 100%

* Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures (such as address changes, basic navigation, application support, background check corrections and employee self-service support)
* Assisting locations with support related questions and tasks
* Completion of error corrections for internal transactional discrepancies and weekly payroll error submissions
* Collaboration with the HR Connect team to achieve faster support service level agreements that ensure department key performance indicators are met

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: 1+ years relevant customer support role and past data entry experience.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including generating simple letters, spreadsheets and/or graphics for personal business use or creating simple queries and simply formatted data output. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power point.

Understanding of HR systems and processes is a plus.

Communication Skills: Ability to interact with and communicate to a broad range of end users providing excellent support. Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Special Skills: Must possess excellent customer service, basic analytical and trouble-shooting skills, planning and organizational skills; minimal supervision required; Must be detail-oriented and work well in a team environment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to balance competing priorities and multi-task when applicable. Strong interpersonal skills, particularly as it relates to working effectively with others and building successful relationships throughout the organization. Excellent judgement and proven ability to analyze issues quickly and independently take appropriate action under limited time constraints. Perseveres to locate necessary data and identify creative solutions to enable project completion; Consistently delivers high-quality, timely work resulting in highly satisfied customers; Passion for learning; Familiarity with SAP/HR and Workday not required but highly valued; and team player.
