General production jobs may require team members to utilize various styles of knives, saws, and other equipment such as hooks. Personal protective equipment such as a belly guard, mesh apron, sleeves, frocks, and gloves will be worn. The temperature of the work area could be as low as 32 or as high as 100 depending on the area in which the job is performed. Jobs located in the cut and converting areas will involve working in cold environments with temperatures as low as 32. Jobs located on the Harvest Floor will involve working in a hot environment with temperatures ranging from 70 to 100. Must be willing to occasionally lift product or equipment of up to 40 pounds There may be minimal to heavy force of various push/pulls involved with production jobs. There are stands of different heights available upon request. Tasks such as reaching, pinching and cylindrical grasps of various items are included in the job. Back flexion of up to 90 degrees is noted for various jobs. The team member must be willing to stand or walk for the entire duration of the shift. Must be able to work six days a week.
