Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Receive deposits and requests for withdrawals to member accounts. Verify availability of funds and pay out as authorized. Receive loan payments, disburse loans and cash checks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Greet members in lobby, at drive thru, or on the telephone.

2. Provide general information regarding credit union services and policies.

3. Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, transfers, and travelers checks.

4. Process routine file maintenance and account changes.

5. Account daily for assigned cash and transactions.

6. Assist in verifying cash orders for the vault.

7. Scan signature cards.

8. Assure proper care, cleanliness and security of work area and equipment

9. Perform other duties as assigned
