We are looking for a Shared Service Analyst. This position dual supports the Accounts Payable and GL Accounting teams in Finance Shared Services and reports to the Director, Global Accounts Payable, but will also work closely with and take direction from the Director, Global GL. This role is evolving and will require initial flexibility as the role develops and the required support requirements are fully defined.

You'll first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, and then the next step will be a personal interview with our Hiring Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Liaison to GSCM commodity team, corporate, business unit, plant finance and materials management personnel relative to physical location utility and telecom vendor payments.
* Ensure adherence to DRiV payment and approval policies and procedures, especially related to physical location utility and telecom vendor payments.
* Liaison and support for the resolution of accounts payable related issues between DRiV, its utility and telecom suppliers, and 3rd party accounts payable and disbursement companies.
* Escheats - Run uncashed check report from bank site, research any outstanding checks over 180. Contact vendor - send replacement check or mark for escheats.
* Hourly and Salary Payrolls - pull H1P reports and SAP transactions, upload to each OneStream location template. Research any out of balance issues, contact appropriate group to resolve. Trouble shoot and resolve payroll deduction code and other processing issues.
* Factoring - Prepare files for upload to SAP for Ozark, Advance, Carquest and other customers as needed.
* Support GL master data additions and update requirements and monthly reviews of the same.

Required Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Skills & Experience:

* Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting in a manufacturing environment
* Extensive experience working in SAP FICO
* Must have A/P experience in a manufacturing/plant environment and specific experience working with utility and telecom vendors.
* Extensive working knowledge of SAP, with comprehensive knowledge of accounts payable, disbursements, purchasing, and materials management and functioning/general knowledge of General Ledger in SAP.
* Self-directed individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
* Solid communication skills, both written and verbal; with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
