TransformCo is looking for an AI Product Director to join our team.The AI Product Director is a strategic leader, visionary, team supervisor, and an advocate of an organization's product (or products). The primary goal of the Product Director is to lead and facilitate the creation of products that deliver value to both customers and the business. Job Requirements Responsibilities:
* Structure the Product team to meet objectives and deliver results
* Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to develop and deliver sales training, sales collateral, product collateral, and other product assets
* Partner with Marketing and help shape and build the company's product voice, and image through analyst engagements and other external engagements
* Provide input into our technical architecture and product design to transform customer and prospect needs into implementation plans
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing and own product adoption and revenue.
Requirements:
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work closely with various teams throughout organization
* 15+ years of experience in technical or product leadership roles
* Computer Science or Engineering degree required, MBA a plus
* Problem Solving/Analysis and Strategic Thinking
* Must be able to travel both domestic and internationally to India and regularly to customer, industry, and partner gatherings and events
* Proven experience in a product leadership role in a cloud/SaaS/AI/tech environment.
