Job Description
Job Purpose:
Performing diversified duties to install and maintain plan manufacturing equipment.
Nature of Duties:
* Performing diversified duties to install and maintain plant equipment.
* Performing tasks including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
* Dismantling, adjusting, repairing, and assembling equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
* Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and regular preventative maintenance.
* Diagnosing problems replace or repair parts, testing and making adjustments.
* Using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and other test equipment.
* Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
* Complying with all Environmental Safety and Health rules
* Rebuilding manufacturing equipment as required.
* Giving support to production line through process improvement.
* Assisting with machine placement optimization
* Performing production program troubleshooting.
Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Knowledgeable in manufacturing equipment maintenance and have a mechanical aptitude
* Experience with Fuji equipment preferred
* Associates degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred
* Two or more years of manufacturing experience; pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills
